Brandon Faber

Director of School Security Solutions

Brandon uses his background to create meaningful change, actively connecting with school safety organizations to build partnerships and leverage TownSteel’s capabilities in support. Furthermore, Brandon will engage with educational institutions across the nation to focus on awareness and action to help promote school safety.

His training to assess threats and identify potential risks will inform the development of security strategies for schools to anticipate and mitigate potential threats. His expertise in crisis management will also help design emergency response plans for schools, including protocols for lockdowns, evacuations, and coordination with first responders.

Brandon’s Background

Brandon brings over 15 years of law enforcement experience to his role, having served in various positions like Police Sergeant, School Resource Officer, Background Investigator, Field Training Officer, and Patrol Officer. This diverse background gives him a deep understanding of law enforcement operations, crisis management, regulations, and effective security practices.

Outside of his operational roles, Brandon  supports professional growth, and fosters positive connections within the communities he serves. Brandon’s dedication to safety extends beyond his daily duties, as seen in his involvement in organizations like ASIS International,NASRO, and PASS (Partner Alliance for Safer Schools) where he serves on their technical committee.

Jennifer Farrell

School Security Solutions Representative

Jennifer has joined our School Safety team at TownSteel. In her role, she will educate school administration on security options to further assist in classroom safety.  Jennifer’s background will assist in collaborating and building relationships with key partners. Her expertise in active shooter training combined with engaged student instruction will be beneficial in forging relationships with stakeholders.

Jennifer's Background

Jennifer Farrell is a former Detective Sergeant with 17 years of law enforcement experience. During her career, she served as a D.A.R.E. officer, School Resource Officer, and ALERRT civilian active shooter response instructor – roles driven by her passion for improving school security. Farrell holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of New Haven.

Nate Turner

School Security Solutions Representative

Nate has joined TownSteel’s School Safety team, where he will work with school administrators and security professionals to identify solutions that help create safer learning environments. His extensive experience in education, school safety, law enforcement, and emergency preparedness gives him a unique perspective on the challenges schools face today. Nate will use this experience to build relationships with school districts, security professionals, and key partners while helping schools evaluate practical security solutions.

Nate's Background

Nate Turner is an accomplished educational leader with more than 20 years of experience in public education. He holds a master’s degree in educational administration from Lamar University and previously served as a Director of Safety & Security for a public independent school district in Texas. He also served as Associate Director of School Safety Readiness at the Texas School Safety Center. His background includes classroom instruction, school administration, emergency management, and security technology, as well as service as a U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent and law enforcement experience.
